Jabbarov Gayratbai Farhadovich was born on May 15, 1977 in Khorezm. In 1994-2000 he studied at the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Nizami State Pedagogical University. In 2000-2002, he worked as a senior laboratory assistant, an associate professor at the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction. In 2002-2005 he studied in the graduate school of the Mathematical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2006, he successfully defended his thesis "Local divided fragmentary space and the function of non-functional solid functional function" and received the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences.
